Jennifer Padgett is a graduate student at Cornell University in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. She completed her undergradate degree at Rutgers University (BS EE, 2012) and graduated with highest honors. Her focuses in her undergraduate degree included signal processing and communications. She has done research on the smart grid, sparse sampling, and the secrecy capacity of networks. Jennifer has been honored in her graduate career to receive an NSF graduate research fellowship award. Her current research focuses on qualitative mapping and long-term learning in robots.
